You have so much money that you can employ like 1/5 of society to do work on your house though, so there is an entire industry that has sprung up around house repairs, remodeling, and the like. Let’s say you need work done on your house.
When there is only one customer things get just as weird as when there’s only one provider, kind of a reverse monopoly. I’ve worked in government contracting for a number of years.
